Tasty Tuesday – Calamari, Pan fried Beef & a Mousse


So I keep talking about ‘About Thyme’ and I figured today you may as well see a little bit of the interior of the restaurant. Many thanks to those who made it to the Desserts edition of the ‘Kitchen Delight’ food workshop.

I have something special for y’all today too… so enjoy our journey as we start with some bitings..

*Chickpea and spinach fritters served with beetroot tzatziki 

*Spicy charcoal grilled baby calamari with tartar sauce or lemon butter sauce

*Beef Stroganoff- Pan fried strips of beef fillet and mushrooms in a creamy sauce served on a bed of rice with a side salad

for dessert *Rum flavoured dark chocolate mousse
